Mistletoe Villa has been painstakingly restored and updated with central gas heating and air conditioning to make your visit with us pleasant, comfortable and memorable. In addition to private events, we will be hosting public events and charity events from time to time.

We are accepting reservations for private events. Pricing is dependant upon number in party, date of event and ancillary costs. Phone or fax us at the numbers listed above for quotes and more information.

Catering is available through a number of local caters or you can arrange your own catering. We will be happy to suggest a number of florists, caterers, tent suppliers etc. to assist you with your event.

Although the kitchen is not available for extensive food preparation, by prior arrangement you may make use of the large commercial refrigerator for storing foods on half-sheet and full-sheet pans. Limited food warm-up capabilities including range and convection/microwave oven.

Mistletoe Villa has tables, glassware, flatware and china that may be used but must be cleaned by the group renting the facility or an appropriate portion of the security deposit will be debited.

One bedroom is available on the top floor for a changing room if required.

There is NO SMOKING anywhere inside Mistletoe Villa.

Deposits are required to secure date and time of event.
